Our Virtual Lemonade Stand has closed shop for the summer!

Thank you to our a-peel-ing supporters! 🍋 Thank you for pouring your hearts into our virtual lemonade stand. You’re the pips that make our lemonade shine, and thanks to you we’ve raised more than $1,000 to support children in foster care! You’re simply the zest!

As a special thank you to everyone that participated, please enjoy our ‘prize-winning’ lemonade recipe below!

1 cup of fresh-squeezed Meyer lemon juice

5 cups of ice cold water

½ cup of runny honey

1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

pinch of salt

Washed lemon slices for garnish

Makes 1 jug of lemonade.

Step 1 — mix lemon juice and honey until thoroughly combined

Step 2 — add apple cider vinegar to mixture

Step 3 — slowly add mixture to the water and stir briskly

Step 4 — add pinch of salt

Step 5 — serve over ice and top with lemon slices if feeling fancy!
