Why is Child Focus hosting a Stories in Color Art Exhibition?

Due to privacy restrictions, supporters who are not CASA volunteers cannot meet a child in foster care. And due to those same privacy restrictions, we can never show you a picture of a child in foster care. So how do we show you who a child is? How do we show you that the hundreds of children in foster care throughout Passaic and Union Counties are real children and not just statistics?

Our answer: we can show you their art. They can tell their story through their art. Through their art, you can ‘meet’ a child in foster care.

Every artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures.

RSVPs are not required, but they are helpful so we can prepare accordingly.
